It is getting that time of year again......sick season!  Yuck!

I have a love/hate relationship with the cold weather season. 

Love the change to cooler weather and that means light sweaters and jackets where I live. But HATE what kinds of sickness the weather brings with it!

So with using doTERRA Essential oils, there is a solution to the problems!

Bring on the ON GUARD!  This is one bad boy of an Essential oil.  With a blend of Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus and Rosemary.  The oils in this blend have been studied for their strong abilities to kill harmful bacteria, mold and viruses.  This blend can be diffused into the air or used to clean and purify household surfaces.



This is one of the daily oils that gets rubbed onto the bottoms of my kids feet, both morning and night.  I also diffuse OnGuard in the air at least once a day.  If I know that a sickness is going around at school, I make sure that it is diffusing when they get home.  Also, I will dilute 1-2 drops in a quart size mason jar and add some to their glasses of water, so that they are getting it internally as well!

There is a story about a high school janitor who uses doTERRA essential oils and decided that he was sick of the smell in the hallways at the school.  So he thought what the heck, I am going to start diffusing some OnGuard to make it smell better and hopefully kill some of the bacteria in the air as well.

So he started doing this at night, while he was doing his nightly routine and the hallways were starting to smell better. 

 But something else was happening as well.  Down the hall in the Biology lab, the bacteria and stuff in their pee tree dishes were dying and the couldn't figure out why.  So they started thinking and tracked back to the janitor and found out that he had been diffusing the OnGuard!! 

WOW!  that is AMAZING!  It is powerful stuff.

So, I highly recommend you to start putting this on you, your kids, hubby and those around you to keep them from getting sick!!


Also, at Convention we found out that OnGuard can kill MRSA!!  So, start using OnGuard as a daily disinfectant in your home.  At 3-5 drops of OnGuard to a water bottle and spritz the areas clean!
